Policy

As a courtesy to all we ask that 24 hour notice be given if you need to cancel or change your appointment. For a cancellation with less than a 24 hour notification guests will be charged the full treatment fee. For no show appointments, the full treatment fee will be charged. Over 10 minutes late with no phone call is considered a no show.

In the case of redeeming a treatment through a package that has already been purchased less than 24 hour notice will result in losing the value of that treatment price. No-shows will result in complete loss of a treatment you have paid for in your package or series.

If there is no confirmation, after a call back on behalf of Peace of Mind Spa, Inc. your appointment may be cancelled. Therefore to have an appointment confirmed please be sure you verbally speak with someone from our staff. Making a request does not confirm an appointment.

If you are late without a phone call 10 min after scheduled appointment time you will be considered a no-show and your appointment will be cancelled.

If you are late we require a phone call to still offer service, phone call must be within 10 min after scheduled appointment time, appointment may be shortened as a result

No Refunds or Charge backs for any reason as stated on sign in sheet.

All prepaid treatments and packages expires 1 year from date of purchase.
Prepaid 12 series custom package expires 1 years from date of purchase.

All prepaid packages and treatments are non-refundable.

Groupon or coupons will be forfeited for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and for no-shows.
